Ingredients
  • 2 cup Corn kernels
  • 2 medium-sized Potatoes
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 medium-sized Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 cup Water
  • as needed for garnish Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large pot and sauté onions, ginger, and garlic until golden brown.
  2. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Stir well.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  4. Add corn kernels, potatoes, salt, and water. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with rice or bread.
