Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, shredded coconut, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add the coconut milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  4. Grease a loaf pan with oil and pour the batter into it.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
