Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 2 medium-sized Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 chopped Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • for garnishing chopped Fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
Instructions
  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and wash them.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili. Sauté until the onion turns translucent.
  3. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  5. Add cauliflower florets and mix well to coat them with the spices.
  6. Cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes until the cauliflower is cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with rice or roti.
