Ingredients
  • 500 gram Green Beans
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and rinse them.
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the green beans are coated in the garlic oil and heated through.
  5. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish.
