Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalk Green onions
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add minced garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for a minute.
  3. Add the sliced carrots to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are slightly tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey. Pour the mixture over the carrots and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
