Ingredients
  • 400 gram Chickpeas
  • 4 teaspoon Tahini
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a blender, combine the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, paprika, cumin, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, paprika, and a sprinkle of cumin.
  5. Serve with pita bread or vegetable sticks.
