Ingredients
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Peel and chop the carrots.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the chickpeas, carrots, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water if needed.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and a drizzle of olive oil.
  5. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
