Ingredients
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Water
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a blender, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Garnish with parsley.
  7. Let it rest for 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
