Ingredients
  • 400 can Chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 piece Garlic Clove
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic clove, olive oil, cumin, paprika, and salt until smooth.
  3. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water and blend again.
  4. Serve the hummus in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  6. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
