Ingredients
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and water until smooth.
  3. If the consistency is too thick, add more water.
  4. Serve the hummus in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika or parsley.
  5. Serve with pita bread or vegetable sticks.
