Ingredients
  • 1 can Canned Chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 4 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and cumin until smooth.
  3. Gradually add water while blending until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika if desired.
  5. Let the hummus rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
