Ingredients
  • 4 banana Ripe Bananas
  • 4 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Macadamia Nuts
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the shredded coconut and chopped macadamia nuts.
  4. Take small portions of the banana mixture and shape them into balls.
  5. Roll the banana balls in the coconut and macadamia nut mixture until fully coated.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the banana balls until golden brown on all sides.
  8. Remove from the pan and let them cool slightly before serving.
