Ingredients
  • 500 gram Ripe Tomatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the tomatoes into thick rounds and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes and sprinkle with garlic, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and slightly caramelized.
  5. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve hot as an appetizer or as a side dish.
