Ingredients
  • 300 gram Cabbage
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 2 piece Bell Peppers
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 piece Green Onions
Instructions
  1. Shred the cabbage and carrots.
  2. Slice the bell peppers, onion and garlic.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sautee the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  4. Add the bell peppers and continue cooking for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in the cabbage and carrots and cook until tender.
  6. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Pour the sauce over the sauteed vegetables and toss to combine.
  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  10. Serve hot.
