  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 200 gram Cauliflower
  • 200 gram Bell peppers
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
