Ingredients
  • 2 can Black Beans
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 chopped Jalapeno Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 chopped Scallions
  • 1/4 chopped Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the black beans, salsa, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, jalapeno pepper, garlic powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, scallions, and cilantro.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
