Ingredients
  • 200 gram Mixed nuts
  • 150 gram Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sugar, honey, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts with the sugar mixture. Toss until the nuts are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated nuts onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the nuts are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the nut brittle cool completely on the baking sheet.
  8. Once cooled, break the nut brittle into small pieces.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
