Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 piece Green chilies
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 stalk Spring onion
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potatoes until golden brown.
  3. Remove the potatoes from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies.
  5. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper powder.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry.
  7. Add the slurry to the pan and cook until the sauce thickens.
  8. Add the fried potatoes and mix well.
  9. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
  10. Serve hot and sour potatoes as a side dish or appetizer.
