Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and trim the carrots.
  3. In a bowl, mix together honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the carrots in the honey mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the carrots on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
