Ingredients
  • 2 pound Sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes, then slice them into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, vanilla extract, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the sweet potato rounds with the honey mixture on both sides.
  5. Place the sweet potato rounds on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and have grill marks.
  6. Remove the sweet potato rounds from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
