Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 500 gram Sweet potatoes
  • 250 gram Red onions
  • 4 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and chop the carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and red onions into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, honey, olive oil, fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the vegetables out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and golden brown, stirring once halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
