Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 sprig Fresh Rosemary
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Place the rosemary sprigs on top of the potatoes.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve the honey roasted potatoes hot as a delicious side dish.
