  • 500 gram Parsnips
  • 4 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and trim the parsnips, then cut them into evenly sized batons.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the parsnips in the honey-mustard mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the coated parsnips on a baking tray and roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden and tender.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish.
