  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 4 teaspoon Honey
  • 30 gram Butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 10 gram Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the carrots. Cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain the carrots and return them to the saucepan.
  4. Add honey, butter, salt, and black pepper to the saucepan.
  5. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are glazed and coated with the honey mixture.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve hot.
