Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 4 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the carrots. Cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add honey, ginger, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
