Ingredients
  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Almonds
  • 1 cup Fresh berries
Instructions
  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  3. Add quinoa to the boiling water and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until all the water is absorbed.
  4. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Fluff the quinoa with a fork and transfer to serving bowls.
  6. Drizzle honey over the quinoa and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  7. Top with almonds and fresh berries.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
