  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 4 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 cup Apple
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the carrots into sticks.
  3. In a bowl, mix honey, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme.
  4. Toss the carrots with the honey mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the carrots on a baking sheet and spread them out evenly.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the carrots are tender and glazed.
  7. While the carrots are baking, peel and chop the apple into small pieces.
  8. After 20 minutes, remove the carrots from the oven and add the chopped apple.
  9. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
