Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 piece Ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Red onion
  • 1 piece Tomato
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  3. Fry the potato slices until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with salt.
  5. In a separate bowl, mash the ripe avocados with lime juice.
  6. Add diced red onion, tomato, fresh cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the mashed avocados.
  7. Mix well to combine.
  8. Serve the homemade Texas chips with the guacamole spread.
