Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Tempeh
  • 2 teaspoon Coconut oil
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 2 piece Red chili
  • 2 tablespoon Sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Cut the tempeh into thin slices.
  2. Boil the tempeh slices in water for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the tempeh and set aside.
  4. In a pan, heat coconut oil and sauté garlic and red chili until fragrant.
  5. Add the tempeh slices and cook until golden brown.
  6. Pour in the sweet soy sauce and lime juice, and season with salt.
  7. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
  8. Serve hot with rice or as a side dish.
