  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into evenly sized chips.
  3. Place the chips in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle salt, paprika, and garlic powder over the chips. Toss again to distribute the seasonings.
  5. Arrange the chips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
