  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spread the hazelnuts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for about 10 minutes, or until the skins start to crack.
  2. Remove the hazelnuts from the oven and let them cool slightly. Rub the hazelnuts between your hands or in a clean kitchen towel to remove the skins.
  3. Transfer the hazelnuts to a food processor or blender and blend until they form a smooth paste.
  4. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender. Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
