Ingredients
  • 1 cup Dates
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend dates, almonds, cashews, dried cranberries, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
  2. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  4. Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Once set, remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars or squares.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
