Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the baking dish.
  6. Once cooled, cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
  7. Enjoy as a healthy snack or breakfast on the go!
