Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and coconut flakes.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Add honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the coconut oil mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, stir in dried cranberries.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
