Ingredients
  • 4 slice Bread
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or oregano)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the bread into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the bread cubes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the oil mixture.
  5. Spread the bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the croutons are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool.
  8. Serve on top of salads or soups.
