Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 large Ripe banana
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Almond butter
  • 0.25 cup Almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Raisins
  • 0.25 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth. Add the maple syrup, almond butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Fold in the raisins and chopped walnuts.
  5. Scoop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
