Ingredients
  • 300 gram Firm Tofu
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 150 gram Zucchini
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 stalk Green Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Drain and press tofu to remove excess water. Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Chop carrots, zucchini, onion, and garlic.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add carrots and zucchini, cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add tofu, soy sauce, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  9. Let the stew rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
