  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the herb mixture.
  5. Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
