Ingredients
  • 1 cup Chickpea flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Dried mixed herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpea flour, sesame seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, dried mixed herbs, garlic powder, olive oil, water, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a thin, even layer.
  4. Remove the top layer of parchment paper and transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet.
  5. Use a knife or a pizza cutter to cut the dough into desired cracker shapes.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the crackers cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes.
  8. Break the crackers apart along the scored lines and allow them to cool completely.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
