Ingredients
  • 100 gram Mixed herbs (such as parsley, cilantro, mint)
  • 200 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 150 gram Cucumber
  • 50 gram Red onion
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the mixed herbs.
  2. Slice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
  3. Thinly slice the red onion.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the mixed herbs, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
