  • 4 tomato Heirloom tomatoes
  • 2 zucchini Zucchini
  • 1/2 onion Red onion
  • 1/4 cup leaf Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice the heirloom tomatoes and zucchini into thin rounds.
  2. Thinly slice the red onion.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sliced tomatoes, zucchini, red onion, and fresh basil leaves.
