Ingredients
  • 200 gram Digestive biscuits
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 100 gram Vegan butter
  • 100 gram Golden syrup
  • 25 gram Vegan cocoa powder
  • 50 gram Icing sugar
  • 50 gram Vegan chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate, vegan butter, and golden syrup together.
  3. Stir in the crushed digestive biscuits and vegan cocoa powder.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes, then shape into small hedgehog shapes.
  5. Place the shaped hedgehogs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Once chilled, dust the hedgehogs with icing sugar and sprinkle with vegan chocolate sprinkles.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
