  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into thin fries.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the potato fries in the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
