  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cans Tomatoes
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 2 stalks Celery Stalks
  • 1 medium Onion

  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, sliced carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add the tomatoes, vegetable broth, and drained white beans to the pot. Stir in the rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
