Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Ripe bananas, mashed
  • 0.25 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in the raisins.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
