Ingredients
  • 2 piece Ripe bananas
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoon Almond butter
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine rolled oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  6. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
