Ingredients
  • 150 gram Almonds
  • 100 gram Cashews
  • 100 gram Walnuts
  • 100 gram Peanuts
  • 50 gram Pumpkin seeds
  • 50 gram Sunflower seeds
  • 6 teaspoon Honey
  • 4 teaspoon Coconut oil
  • 50 gram Dried cranberries
  • 50 gram Dried apricots
  • 100 gram Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, pulse almonds, cashews, walnuts, and peanuts until coarsely chopped.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, dried apricots, oats, cinnamon, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper. Press the nut mixture into the dish, making sure it is evenly distributed.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  5. Once set, remove from the baking dish and cut into bars.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
