Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Sliced almonds
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, chia seeds, lemon zest, lemon juice, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the dried cranberries and sliced almonds.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the dish.
  7. Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
