Ingredients
  • 200 gram Dates
  • 100 gram Walnuts
  • 150 gram Whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a food processor, blend the dates and walnuts until finely chopped.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon powder.
  4. Add the date and walnut mixture, vanilla extract, almond milk, and maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Mix well until combined.
  5. Grease a loaf pan with oil or line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, slice and serve.
