Ingredients
  • 1 cup Brown Rice
  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add brown rice and salt.
  2. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 40 minutes or until rice is tender.
  3. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix lime juice and chopped cilantro.
  5. Fluff the rice with a fork and pour the lime-cilantro mixture over it.
  6. Stir well to combine.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
